PurpleClick's CEO - Mr. Leonard Tan conferred Highest National Youth Accolade
Singapore, 4 July 2010 – Mr. Leonard Tan, CEO of PurpleClick Media, has been awarded the Singapore Youth Award (SYA) 2010 in the Entrepreneurship category.The SYA is the highest national honour conferred on youths in Singapore who have significantly contributed to the society and achieved excellence in entrepreneurship.
Leonard received the award from Mr Teo Chee Hean, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Defence, at the Singapore Youth Award (SYA) 2010 Presentation Ceremony yesterday, 4 July 2010 at *SCAPE Building.
About Mr. Leonard Tan
At 32, Mr. Leonard Tan is already a veteran of online marketing in the Singapore and Southeast Asian markets. He is the first and only individual to be recognised by Yahoo! As its Certified Search Ambassador. Leonard's passion for and talent in the online industry have also earned him the Rotary-ASME's Entrepreneur of the Year award and recognition as one of Asia's Top 25 Best Young Entrepreneurs by BusinessWeek.
