Position: Online Sales Consultant Reporting to: Sales Manager
Role Statement The Online Sales Consultant is responsible for selling and up selling new and existing clients and providing world-class customer service in support of team revenue goals. Main product – Yahoo!, Google, Bing and other online advertisement space.

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively contact new and existing clients and educate, propose and sell them on internet keyword advertising listings primarily through telephone sales, or face-to-face meetings.
- Provide world-class customer service in responding to general and specialized client requests via both phone and email, including billing inquiries, campaign activity inquiries and advertising relevancy issues.
- Provide innovative ideas and customized strategies to cater to clients' online marketing objectives.
- Identify, propose and sell programs to targeted organizations within the target markets set out by the company.
- Be a key influencer in making search and internet display advertising ‘top of mind’ amongst small to medium businesses in the market.
- Understand all new products and their roles
Experience & Skills Required
- A ‘hunter’ mindset with a constant drive to achieve 100% or more sales
- Strong Team Player with the independence to operate alone
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Effectively Bilingual
- Highly motivated, driven and hungry for sales
- Preferably 2 years of sales/customer service experience
- Diploma/Degree, preferably in Marketing, Mass Comminications or Business Adminstration
