Position: Human Resource Executive

Role Statement
The Human Resource Executive is part of a team managing the various aspects of Human Resource functions pertaining to the attraction, development and retention of Human Talent in PurpleClick.

Primary Aim

• Be involved in the full spectrum of Human Resource Functions including Recruitment, Training, Compensation & Benefits, and other projects.
• Manage and support in matters relating to manpower resource, including recruitment, performance reviews, promotions, terminations, benefits enquiries, medical and dental claims and other day-to-day matters
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for other Human Resource Functions

Experience & Skills Required

• Candidate should possess a Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management with at least 2 years of HR generalist experience
• A team player and able to work independently
• Resourceful with good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin
• Possess good problem solving abilities and enjoy working with details
