Position: Client Service Executive - Search & Display Media Advertising
Reporting to: Sales Strategist

Role Statement
Client Service Executive - is responsible for planning, managing online advertising campaigns for the company and providing world-class customer service in support of team revenue goals. Main product - Yahoo!, Google, MSN advertisement space.

Primary Aim

• Assist the sales team to propose and plan search & display advertisement for clients.
• Research & understand various Internet portals which offer online advertising opportunities to recommend to clients.
• Project management from the beginning till the end of the campaign.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of media plan and presentation for clients.
• Liaising with various media and clients to ensure timely delivery of creatives.
• Preparation of campaign reports.
• Prepare proposals and assist sales team in client's expectations.
• Responsible for special projects as assigned.

Experience & Skills Required

• Minimum 1 year of Internet media or media sales experience preferred
• Passionate about the Online Advertising/Marketing industry
• IT savvy with entrepreneurial mindset or business acumen
• Comprehension of Google Adwords preferred
• Creative, problem solver with ability and experience to understand needs of customers and delivering innovative solutions
• Ability to multi-task and work under deadlines
• Outstanding computer skills including solid knowledge of spreadsheets (MS Excel), word processing (MS Word).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Flexible attitude toward work tasks, priority changes and resource constraints
• High energy and a can-do attitude is required
• Outstanding team player with the ability to coordinate people and activities across multiple functional areas and global locations
